1. Services
Ninja Leads LLC ("Ninja Leads," "we," "us," or "our") provides a done-for-you website build at no cost when you subscribe to our monthly lead system. The monthly system includes an AI receptionist that answers calls 24/7, missed-call text-back, CRM and pipeline, online booking, and automated Google review requests. Specific features may evolve over time.
2. Billing & Subscription
The monthly subscription is $297 per month, billed in advance and recurring monthly until cancelled. Applicable taxes and third-party pass-through fees (such as SMS or telephony usage) may apply. You authorize us to charge your payment method each billing cycle.
3. Month-to-Month & Cancellation
Your subscription is month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, respond to reasonable requests for content and approvals needed to launch and operate your website and system, and comply with all applicable laws — including telemarketing, SMS, and consumer-protection rules — when using the services to communicate with your customers.
5. Results Disclaimer
We do not guarantee any specific results, leads, jobs, or revenue. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, pricing, response time, and follow-up. Any statistics or examples shown are for illustration only.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ninja Leads LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
7. Intellectual Property
We retain ownership of our underlying software, systems, templates, processes, and brand. You retain ownership of the content and trademarks you provide. While your subscription is active, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the website and system we deliver for your business.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which Ninja Leads LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that state.
